GUIDELINES FOR ORAL PRESENTATIONS

Oral presentations should be a maximum of 8 minutes in duration (including discussion). Presentations will be only on Microsoft Power Point (.ppt file).

GUIDELINES FOR ELECTRONIC POSTER PRESENTATIONS

All posters will be available in the main hall on large-screen electronic displays full time from June 23 to 25th 2011. There are 3 poster sessions scheduled. Author must be present at their posters for the duration of their poster session.

In addition, authors are asked to present their poster in form of a short oral presentation (3 min). Presentations will be only on Microsoft Power Point (.ppt file).

• Posters should not be printed. Please, submit your poster as a TIFF file to posters@ifps.org.pl up to June 13.
• Poster Display Dimensions: A0 - 96 dpi (841 mm wide per 1189 mm high).
• Please send files of size less than 10 MB.
• The text should be large enough such that it would be easily readable at a distance of 1 meter from the poster (not smaller than 16-points). Sans-serif fonts (Arial, Helvetica) are preferred.
